How the policy layers work together<\/h2>\n

The Privacy Policy governs personal information collected through the public site. The Youth Privacy Policy adds stricter safeguards for child- and youth-related experiences. The Medical, Educational & Research Disclaimer explains what RTH education, testimony, research, and technology descriptions do\u2014and do not\u2014mean. The Terms of Use govern use of the public site and materials. Commerce policies apply only when a purchase, shipment, return, or digital delivery is actually involved.<\/p>\n

Current public-site status<\/h2>\n

Some RTH products, integrations, merchandise, pilots, books, media projects, or technology functions may be described as planned, preview, pilot, in development, or coming soon. Those status labels are part of the applicable public terms. A general policy should not be read as proof that a feature, checkout pathway, data collection workflow, or program is already active.<\/p>\n

Product-specific and program-specific notices<\/h2>\n

Future products or controlled programs that materially change the data, risk, consent, or transaction model\u2014especially SuperstarIQ, health-data integrations, youth accounts, research participation, or institutional deployments\u2014must use additional notices, agreements, consent language, or governance controls appropriate to that activity. Those specific terms supplement, and where expressly stated may control over, the general website policies.<\/p>\n

Entity and transaction clarity<\/h2>\n

RTH commercial, nonprofit, publishing, educational, research, and technology activities may involve different entities or counterparties. The responsible seller, program operator, recipient, or contracting party should be identified at the relevant transaction or program point. A commercial purchase should not be represented as a charitable donation, and a public educational page should not be treated as a clinical service.<\/p>\n

Questions, privacy requests, accessibility requests, and complaints<\/h2>\n

Visitors may use the RTH contact pathway for policy questions, privacy requests, accessibility barriers, commerce support, or concerns about misuse. Requests should include enough information to identify the affected page, transaction, submission, or resource without sending unnecessary medical, child-sensitive, financial, or identity information.<\/p>\n

Policy maintenance<\/h2>\n

RTH reviews these policies as the public site, products, vendors, commerce capabilities, research activities, and legal obligations change. Material changes should be reflected through an updated effective or review date and, where appropriate, a more specific notice at the affected feature or transaction.<\/p>\n
