SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

How physical RTH orders are prepared, dispatched, tracked, and handled when shipping options become available through the public commerce experience.

Effective: September 9, 2026  ·  Last reviewed: September 9, 2026  ·  Architecture: RTH Governance 2.0

When shipping applies

This policy applies to physical goods sold directly through an RTH-controlled checkout. Digital products are delivered under the Digital Download Policy.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing and carrier-delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Print-on-demand books, backordered items, preorders, personalized products, or partner-fulfilled items may have different timelines and should state those timelines on the product page.

Addresses and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. If an address appears invalid, RTH may pause fulfillment to request clarification. Carrier scans and tracking information are controlled by the carrier once the parcel enters its network.

Shipping charges, taxes, and international orders

Applicable shipping charges and taxes should be disclosed before the order is submitted. International customers are responsible for duties, import taxes, customs fees, or restrictions unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Contact RTH promptly if a shipment is materially delayed, marked delivered but not received, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item. Keep packaging and photographs when damage is involved so RTH can evaluate replacement, refund, or carrier-claim options.

Separate publisher/marketplace orders

Orders completed on a third-party publisher or marketplace are governed by that seller's shipping and customer-service policies.

General questions about these terms or policies may be sent through the RTH contact page or to superstar@restartingtheheart.com.
