Physical goods<\/h2>\n

Unless a product page states a different lawful policy, unopened or unused physical goods purchased directly from RTH may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be in resalable condition with original components and packaging where applicable.<\/p>\n

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items<\/h2>\n

Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. RTH may request photographs or other information reasonably necessary to verify the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.<\/p>\n

Non-returnable items<\/h2>\n

Personalized goods, custom-printed items, gift cards, event access already used, and digital downloads that have been accessed are generally non-returnable except where defective, incorrectly supplied, duplicated, or otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n

Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless RTH made a fulfillment error, the item was defective, or applicable law requires otherwise. Return-shipping responsibility will be stated when the return is authorized.<\/p>\n

Third-party purchases<\/h2>\n

Books or products purchased through Lulu, Amazon, another publisher, retailer, event venue, or marketplace must normally be returned through that seller under its policy.<\/p>\n

Statutory rights<\/h2>\n

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.<\/p>\n
