Deterministic repeatability
Two executions of the frozen development fixture produced byte-identical Source-Linked Evidence Summary output under fixed code, context, host, and validation anchors.
Research & Evidence Library
This library distinguishes authoritative evidence, peer-reviewed literature, RTH synthesis, deterministic engineering results, patient-authored observations, research manuscripts, study-development materials, and open validation questions. The Neurocardiac Model™ remains evidence-informed and hypothesis-generating, while SuperstarIQ’s September 17, 2026 MVP-0 result is a bounded deterministic engineering milestone rather than clinical or production validation.
Current SuperstarIQ evidence state
On September 17, 2026, Restarting The Heart completed a bounded deterministic engineering validation of the SuperstarIQ Source-Linked Evidence Summary slice using a frozen synthetic fixture and recorded execution anchors. The current program phase is Independent Validation Readiness.
Two executions of the frozen development fixture produced byte-identical Source-Linked Evidence Summary output under fixed code, context, host, and validation anchors.
The recorded result is version-bound and traceable. Negative controls reject malformed lineage, unauthorized routes or egress, missing authorization references, and improper promotion of development-tier evidence.
MVP-0 does not establish Critical-20 or Gate B qualification, clinical validation, production identifiable-health-data authorization, cloud-model authorization, or approval for external/public interactive deployment.
Research architecture
RestartingTheHeart.com serves as the RTH ecosystem gateway. NeurocardiacMethod.com is the designated specialist scientific property; until that dedicated professional site is fully deployed, this page serves as the public index for the research pipeline and appropriate collaboration pathways.
Autonomic physiology, stress response, neurohormonal signaling, cardiac recovery, brain-heart interaction, and related translational literature.
Validation research for HRV, heart rate, readiness, sleep, consumer sensors, device data, and longitudinal signal interpretation.
Provenance, evaluation independence, uncertainty, general-wellness and clinical-boundary controls, interoperability, fail-closed authorization, and responsible health-data use for SuperstarIQ.
Research maturity pathway
This pathway shows how RTH separates observations, a conceptual framework, manuscripts, prospective study development, deterministic engineering evidence, independent qualification, and the future work required for stronger claims.
Research publication pipeline
Status labels describe the current document state. They do not imply peer review, journal acceptance, conference acceptance, clinical validation, regulatory review, independent qualification, production authorization, or institutional endorsement.
Documents the September 17, 2026 bounded deterministic MVP-0 validation of the Source-Linked Evidence Summary slice using a frozen synthetic fixture, version-bound execution anchors, reproducibility checks, trace validation, and fail-closed negative controls. The manuscript supports a deterministic engineering claim only; it is not clinical validation, Critical-20 or Gate B qualification, production authorization, or external-pilot authorization.
Access: Controlled research and engineering review; journal or preprint submission may proceed only after final venue-specific editorial review.Describes the RTH approach to evidence-state separation, version-bound validation, provenance, negative controls, authorization boundaries, contamination prevention, and prospective independent holdout construction. It treats development evidence, qualification evidence, production authorization, and clinical evidence as distinct states that must not be silently promoted.
Access: Controlled technical, governance, and research review; suitable for methods-oriented submission after venue-specific editing.Synthesizes what the deterministic MVP established, what it did not establish, and how the result changes RTH product, evidence, governance, and research priorities. The principal conclusion is that RTH should compete on governed, source-linked, auditable intelligence rather than generic AI capability.
Access: Public summary and controlled full-document distribution.Maps the transition from deterministic MVP-0 into independent validation readiness, sealed-holdout construction, preregistered qualification, human-review and inter-rater reliability work, wearable provenance research, independent security review, and later controlled pilot or clinical research only when separately authorized.
Access: Internal and qualified partner use; public claims remain governed by the evidence boundary stated on this page. The completed Version 5.0 scientific synthesis of the evidence informing the Neurocardiac Model™, its five-stage observational framework, limitations, and testable research questions. An OSF preprint note is incorporated in the manuscript package. This public status does not claim that a preprint DOI has been issued, that a journal has received the manuscript, or that peer review or clinical validation has occurred.
Access: Public summary here; full manuscript retained for controlled professional/research distribution pending the dedicated Neurocardiac Method professional hub.A completed patient-authored longitudinal case-analysis manuscript prepared to journal-submission standard. It examines reproducible associations between cognitive-emotional activation and cardiac observations across an extended clinical record. Listing it as submission-ready does not claim co-author approval, journal submission, peer review, acceptance, publication, or causation.
Access: Controlled professional/research review; formal submission milestones will be posted only after independent verification.A completed structured visual summary designed to organize chronology, measurements, observations, and questions for clinical review without substituting for the underlying medical record or independent physician interpretation.
Access: Available for qualified clinician/research review; patient-specific source records remain controlled.Conference-specific abstract materials are prepared for electrophysiology, cardiovascular, and resuscitation audiences, but the prior publication-suite inventory identifies physician co-author names as a remaining prerequisite before submission. Submission, acceptance, presentation, DOI, and publication status must be verified separately before any such claim is displayed.
Access: Controlled until authorship and conference-specific submission requirements are complete.A document may be complete, external-review ready, or submission-ready without having been formally submitted, reviewed, accepted, qualified, or published. An OSF DOI, journal name, submission date, review status, independent validation result, co-author confirmation, conference acceptance, or permanent citation will be displayed only after that specific milestone is independently verified.
Study and qualification development
These materials translate observational or engineering results into prospectively testable programs while preserving the distinction between planning, independent construction, institutional review when applicable, data collection, qualification, and completed research.
Prospective control plane for an independently authored and custodied holdout. Current work includes sample-size and domain justification, separation of case authorship/custody/raters/adjudication/implementation, synthetic or appropriately deidentified source material, claims/privacy/IP screening, immutable hashes, access logging, contamination rules, preregistration, and stop criteria. The control plane is not itself a qualifying holdout result.
Access: Governance summary public; case content, gold labels, custody records, and sensitive implementation details controlled.Defines candidate variables, domains, measures, outcomes, covariates, and data-quality considerations for prospective investigation.
Access: Public summary / detailed materials controlledOutlines a future prospective study architecture, including research questions, participant flow, measurement strategy, analytic considerations, and validation objectives.
Access: Available for qualified research collaborationResearch ethics and study-protocol materials prepared to support future institutional review. Listing this document does not mean an IRB has approved, sponsored, or opened a study.
Access: Full IRB materials available on request to qualified collaboratorsA structured proposal for universities, health systems, investigators, and technical partners interested in methodological review, prospective validation, interoperability, or outcomes research.
Access: Available on requestAn index of source documentation that may support qualified research or clinical review. Patient-specific telemetry, source records, and protected health information are not published as an open web download.

Evidence library entries
Published RTH evidence entries identify source type, publication date, what the evidence supports, what it does not support, why it matters to RTH, and material limitations.
The research pipeline above is public, while individual evidence-summary posts remain subject to source review and editorial preparation before publication.
Research integrity
Draft, external-review ready, submission-ready, submitted, under review, accepted, preprint, and peer-reviewed are different states and must not be conflated.
A case report, framework, white paper, or deterministic engineering result can generate hypotheses, document methods, or establish reproducibility within scope, but cannot establish population-level causation, clinical efficacy, or independent qualification by itself.
Development evidence is not silently promoted into qualification or production evidence. Public transparency also does not require publication of protected medical records, independent holdout gold labels, private identifiers, or trade-secret algorithms.
Researchers, clinicians, universities, health systems, independent evaluators, and technical partners may use this form to discuss methodological review, independent validation, prospective study design, measurement, interoperability, human review, security, or data-governance collaboration. Do not submit protected health information, sealed-holdout content, or other restricted evidence through this general inquiry form.
