Digital Download Policy
Access, delivery, permitted use, replacement, and refund boundaries for downloadable RTH educational materials and other digital products.
Delivery
Digital products purchased directly from RTH may be delivered by account access, email link, secure download page, or another method described at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining reasonable security over access credentials or download links.
License
Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the personal, household, classroom, team, or organizational use expressly described with the product. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the applicable owner.
No unauthorized redistribution
Digital files may not be resold, posted publicly, placed in an unrestricted shared drive, stripped of attribution, sublicensed, used to create a competing product, or distributed beyond the licensed audience without written permission.
Refunds
Because digital access can be delivered immediately, accessed digital products are generally not returnable. RTH will evaluate duplicate charges, corrupted or inaccessible files, materially incorrect delivery, or other circumstances where a refund or replacement is required by law or is appropriate to correct an RTH error.
Accessibility
If a purchased digital resource creates an accessibility barrier, contact RTH to request a reasonably available alternative format. An accessibility request will not require disclosure of a diagnosis.
