Terms of Sale
The commercial terms that apply when RTH books, merchandise, educational materials, or other approved products are offered for purchase through the public shop.
Current store status
The RTH store may display a prelaunch state until products and payment workflows are ready. These terms apply when a product is actually offered for purchase and accepted at checkout.
Seller and entity identity
The product page or checkout should identify the seller responsible for the transaction. Commercial purchases and charitable support are distinct. A merchandise or publishing payment must not be represented as a tax-deductible donation unless the receiving entity and applicable tax treatment are expressly identified.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. RTH may accept, reject, or cancel an order for inventory errors, pricing errors, payment failure, fraud/security concerns, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill. Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and product availability may change before an order is accepted.
Payment
Payment is processed through the payment method shown at checkout. Users authorize the applicable charge, taxes, shipping, and disclosed fees. RTH does not intentionally store full payment-card credentials in the public theme.
Physical and digital products
Physical goods are subject to the Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy. Digital products are subject to the Digital Download Policy and any license displayed with the product.
Educational products
Purchasing a book, curriculum, workshop, resource, or program does not confer a professional license, certification, continuing-education credit, medical credential, legal authority, or institutional endorsement unless the specific product expressly states and substantiates that status.
Errors and cancellations
If a listing contains a material error or an item cannot be fulfilled, RTH may cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for the cancelled item. Customer-requested cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment or digital delivery has begun.
Limitation
Products are provided subject to their descriptions, applicable warranties, and rights that cannot be waived by law. Educational outcomes, health outcomes, performance outcomes, or commercial results are not guaranteed.
