What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small identifiers used by websites and service providers for functions such as sessions, security, preferences, analytics, shopping carts, and fraud prevention.
RTH categories
- Strictly necessary: security, load balancing, session management, consent state, cart/account functions, and other functions required to deliver a requested service.
- Functional: optional preferences or enhanced site behavior.
- Analytics/performance: measurement used to understand aggregate traffic, performance, and usability when enabled.
- Advertising/targeting: RTH does not intentionally enable behaviorally targeted advertising on child-facing RTH experiences. If advertising or targeting technologies are introduced elsewhere, the privacy notice and consent controls should be updated before activation.
Your controls
Browser settings can block or delete many cookies, though disabling necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, security, or preference functions from working correctly. Where a consent-management interface is provided, use it to change optional categories.
Third-party services
Embedded or linked third-party services may set their own cookies under their policies. RTH periodically reviews enabled integrations and should remove trackers that are unnecessary, unsupported, or inconsistent with the stated purpose of a page.
Privacy and data requests: email privacy@restartingtheheart.com. Do not send medical records, government identifiers, passwords, authentication codes, or other unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.
General questions about these terms or policies may be sent through the RTH contact page or to superstar@restartingtheheart.com.
