SuperstarIQ Trust & Assurance (SIQTA)

Authority you can trace. Execution you can prove.

SIQTA is a separately governed trust-and-assurance product under development by Restarting The Heart. It is intended to make proposed AI and software actions more inspectable: what was requested, what authority applied, what actually ran, what evidence was observed, and whether later changes invalidate an earlier decision.

This page explains the design direction and development state. It does not claim that SIQTA is commercially available, independently qualified, certified, or deployed as a live enforcement service.

The problem we are examining

A successful response is not the same as an authorized, verified action.

A provider may be capable of an action without a particular request being authorized. A software success message may not independently prove the intended effect. An intact record can preserve what was recorded without proving that the underlying assertion was true. SIQTA is being designed around those distinctions.

Authority

Connect a proposed action to a specific scope, purpose, permission, and decision. Missing or stale authority should remain visible rather than silently inherited.

Execution

Separate the request, the reported execution, and any independently observed effect. A reported success is not automatically proof of completion.

Evidence and change

Retain source identity, version context, uncertainty, and reasons a prior assurance record may become stale or invalid.

Current status · October 2026

Development evidence, not release evidence.

RTH has defined a bounded product contract and is building synthetic, local demonstrations and reviewable controls. The technical assurance nucleus, independent human review, runtime authority checks, and product-release decisions remain separate gates. Visual simulations show concepts, not an operating assurance or authorization plane.

SuperstarIQ, the consumer-directed health and wellness evidence technology, is a separate product that may consume applicable SIQTA capabilities in a future governed integration. RTHBench is internal validation infrastructure, not a public SIQTA feature or a separate public service.

No certification, independent qualification, production-health-data authority, clinical use, public API, customer deployment, or general availability is claimed. Product name and public positioning remain subject to ordinary IP and claims review.
